πŸ”‹ DIY Powerbank Repair with Recycled Vape Batteries πŸ”‹

In today’s video I bring back to life a small dead powerbank by replacing its broken battery with reused vape cells. Instead of throwing it away, I built a new pack using 8 lithium cells (400 mAh each), giving this compact powerbank a total of 3200 mAh capacity – perfect for an emergency charger.

πŸ‘‰ What you’ll see in this video:

Opening the powerbank and removing the dead cell

Preparing and wiring vape batteries in parallel

Soldering and arranging the pack inside the case

Testing charging and output with a phone

Final result: working 3200 mAh powerbank

⚑ This repair only took around 20 minutes and gave a new life to something that would otherwise be e-waste.
